1. Account.
You must be 18 or older to rent Equipment. You're responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
2. Accurate information.
Give us an accurate name, delivery address, and payment information. Equipment delivery depends on it. Inaccurate addresses are the #1 cause of same-day delays — take the extra 30 seconds at checkout.
3. Pricing.
Prices on the Site are in USD, exclusive of tax where applicable. We may change prices going forward; active rentals are unaffected until the next billing cycle.
4. Rentals.
Every rental is subject to the Rental Agreement, which is signed at delivery on the driver's device.
5. No medical advice.
Brothers DME is a supplier of durable medical equipment. Nothing on this Site is medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting or changing therapy.
6. Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brothers DME is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Equipment or the Site.
7. Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
8. Changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to active customers. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
