Driver arrives in uniform, carries equipment inside, assembles it, walks through operation with the patient or caregiver. Rental agreement is signed on the driver's tablet — you keep a PDF in your account. Done.

At the door

Driver carries the equipment to the room you specify. Hospital bed assembled in ~20 min. Oxygen concentrator plugged in and tested. Nothing left for you to figure out.
Operation, safety, basic troubleshooting. Laminated quick-start card left on the equipment. Questions get answered right there, not in a callback later.
Patient (or authorized representative) signs on the driver's tablet. Driver counter-signs. PDF is emailed to you and stored in your Brothers DME account.
Rental terms
