The origin
Our grandfather was discharged from a Houston hospital at 6 p.m. on a Friday. His doctor said he needed a hospital bed at home by the time he arrived. Every medical-supply company we called either wouldn't deliver on weekends, wanted a week for insurance approval, or quoted prices that made no sense for a month-to-month need.
We rented a bed from a pawn-shop cousin, strapped it to the back of a pickup, drove it across town, and set it up in my aunt's living room at 10:30 p.m. He slept in it that night.
Brothers DME is the company that would have delivered that bed in under 2 hours. Flat monthly rate. No insurance calls. A real person on the phone. Flat monthly rate, card on file, cancel when you return the equipment. We don't bill carriers, so you don't wait on approvals.
Contract on the driver's phone. You sign. Driver counter-signs. PDF arrives in your account. No paperwork mailed.
